Terms and Conditions

 1. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Members may select one of the following payment options:

Option 1 — Pay in Full (Discounted)

  • Pay in full by January 31, 2026

  • Receive a $200 discount

Option 2 — Deposit + Monthly Payments

  • $1,500 deposit required

  • Monthly payments may begin at the member’s selected start date

  • All payments must be completed by October 1, 2026

Option 3 — Deposit + Pay in Full Later

  • $1,500 deposit required

  • Remaining balance due in full by May 1, 2026

Activation Requirement:
An official membership agreement will be provided and must be signed before membership is activated and reservations can be made.

2. Member Responsibility & Liability

Members are responsible for all loss or damage caused by negligence, recklessness, or misuse of any vessel or equipment while in their possession.

The Member is responsible for all repair or replacement costs not covered by insurance, including labor and materials.

Standard Damage Charges Include (but are not limited to):

  • Propeller damage: $225 – $750

  • Propeller damage with immediate reporting: $500 per incident

  • Propeller damage without reporting: $750 per incident

  • Skeg damage: $500

  • Skeg repair/welding: $600

  • Lower unit / gear damage: up to $5,000

  • Bimini canvas: $1,200

  • Bimini frame: $2,000

  • Seat cushions: $400–$650

  • Railing: $2,500 each

  • Port/Starboard panels: $3,500 each

  • Swim ladder: $499

  • Anchor: $175 + $30 rope

  • Dock lines: $15.99 each

  • Safety throw ring: $135

  • Hydro-shield: $250

  • Exterior fiberglass: cost based on damage

Photos of the propeller and vessel condition are taken before and after each use and acknowledged by the Member.

3. Membership Usage & Reservations

  • Members may hold up to two (2) active reservations at a time

  • Reservations may be made up to two (2) weeks in advance

  • Members are limited to one (1) weekend reservation per weekend

    • Weekend defined as Friday PM through Sunday PM

    • Memorial Day Monday and Labor Day Monday count as weekend usage

  • Additional reservations beyond the two-reservation limit may be permitted based on availability

  • Members may not reserve online within 24 hours of a reservation start time

    • Reservations within 24 hours must be made by calling the Boat Club

4. Membership Entitlements

  • Captain Membership: 12 half-day uses per season

  • Admiral Membership: Unlimited half-day uses per season

All memberships include access to:

  • Water skis (all ages)

  • Wakeboards

  • Kneeboards

  • 1- and 2-person towable tubes

  • Pool noodles

  • Watersports life jackets

Safety Requirement:
Children 10 years of age and under must wear a life jacket at all times.

5. Restricted Use Areas

Members are strictly prohibited from operating vessels in the following areas:

  • Boy Scout Bridge (Maxwell Bay & North Arm)

  • Tanager Lake Bridge

  • Carson Bay Bridge

  • Peavey Lake Bridge

  • Spirit Island Passage

  • Frog & Duck Islands

  • Any other restricted or off-limits zones

Members are fully liable for any damages resulting from operation in restricted areas.

6. General Conditions

A vessel is considered in a Member’s possession from the time it is released to them until it is safely returned to the dock, regardless of who is operating the vessel.

All damage, loss, and misuse occurring during this time remains the responsibility of the Member.
